Svjesnost? Mo\u017ee zvu\u010dati polako misti\u010dno, iako \u010desto znamo re\u0107i \u2013 \u201cSvjestan sam \u2026\u201d Da demistificiramo dakle o \u010demu se ovdje radi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 um ima svoju logiku da misli i konstantno vrti misli i \u010desto se bavi i onim \u010dime treba i \u010dime ne treba. No, u nama postoji jo\u0161 jedna uro\u0111ena sposobnost koja nas mo\u017ee uisitinu u\u010diniti sretnijima i na\u0161em \u017eivotu dati sasvim drugi smisao. Nazovimo to intuitivna inteligencija ili vi\u0161i um. Radi se o nadosobnoj (transpersonalnoj) sposobnosti na\u0161eg uma da izbjegne upletenost u ono \u0161to do\u017eivljavamo. Ustvari, ta vezanost uz svoje stavove i tuma\u010denja stvarnosti je ono \u0161to \u010dini situaciju te\u0161kom. Usmjerena svjesnost nam nudi druga\u010diji pogled i osje\u0107aj na tu istu situaciju.<\/p>\n<p><b>Npr. dva \u010dovjeka do\u017eive istu stvar \u2013 dobiju otkaz. Potrebna je ustrajna usmjerena pozornost da se navike impulzivnog reagiranja zamijene druga\u010dijim na\u010dinom odgovaranja na izazovne \u017eivotne situacije.<\/p>\n<p>Osim izazovnih situacija, usmjerena svjesnost prisje\u0107a nas na sre\u0107u i sretne trenutke koji su uvijek tu u nama, samo je na\u0161a pa\u017enja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e na problemima, opet zbog navike stalnog razmi\u0161ljanja o problemima.<\/p>\n<h5><b>I \u0161to nam onda mindfulness nudi?<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>Nudi nam mogu\u0107nost da se uistinu pobrinemo za emocije, misli, bol, sre\u0107u koje prolaze na\u0161im tijelom, umom i srcem, a ne da za to \u201czadu\u017eimo\u201d partnera, dijete, roditelje ili osobe od povjerenja. Svi ostali tu su kao ljubav i podr\u0161ka koju smo sagradili svojim pona\u0161anjem, karakterom i pristupom \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n<p>U dana\u0161njoj, brzoj svakodnevici ovaj pristup postao je iznimno popularan. Kao jedna lako primjenjiva metoda, bez bilo kakve ideolo\u0161ke pozadine, postaje dio op\u0107e higijene osvje\u0161tavanja te ulazi u \u0161kole, bolnice, terapeutske centre, politiku\u2026Provodi se jednostavnim, lako primjenjivim vje\u017ebama pa\u017enje.<\/p>\n<p><i>Kako hodamo? Kako jedemo? Kako stvaramo sre\u0107u u sebi? Kako odgovaramo na izazovne emocije? \u0160to je to sada\u0161nji trenutak? Kako osjetiti ti\u0161inu i mir? Kako ovladati umom?<\/i><\/p>\n<p>To su neka od glavnih pitanja na koja mindfulness praksa daje odgovore.
