Benefits / Goals

After the four-hour workshop the participants will:

  • Gain increased awareness of the importance of inner work as well as strengthen their own character and competences
  • Comprehend the power of the long-term win-win paradigm in interpersonal interaction
  • Be able to notice the difference between the circle of influence and the circle of concerne, i.e. between the proactive and reactive behavior
  • Realize that by developing their own proactivity they can more efficiently change reactive mental model of behavior and expend the circle of influence
  • Understand what is important in the change management; know the four phases people are going through while in the process of change and what is important to do during the process
  • Recognize the area of operation where big changes and results can be achieved with small actions

Team leader - Borna Lulić

Borna Lulić has been lecturing and moderating workshops in the field of education, public and corporate sector. He started his career as a teacher of Philosophy, Logic and Ethics in five High schools in Zagreb; after that he worked in the School Book (Školska knjiga) as an Editor of The Blue Swallow (Modra Lasta) and held more than 1000 lectures and workshops for teachers and students throughout Croatia. During the last ten years he has worked as a business coach and a facilitator moderating workshops in interpersonal, business and management skills.
